The federal deployment of federal troops only serves to escalate tensions and not resolve confrontations. ###Assemblymember James C. Ramos proudly represents the 45th Assembly district that includes the Cities of Fontana, Highland, Mentone, Redlands, Rialto and San Bernardino.
